Cinemalaya 2015 Schedules










The Cinemalaya, the country's forefront Independent Film Festival and Competition is set to start today (August 7, 2015) until August 15 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) and in various venues. Out of 150 entries submitted, ten (10) finalists will compete in the short film category for a chance to win the cash prize of P150,000.

 1. Apasol (Chasing Sun)


An afternoon of love and farewell as Mark and El spend their last afternoon together wishing on a tree, waiting to fade with the sun.

4. Nenok

Nenok, a nine-year-old street kid in Malolos, Bulacan adopts the city’s historic Barasoain Church as a temporary home and his personal space for mischief to the distress and annoyance of Mang Johnny, the stern parish groundskeeper.
